Blue Rhino is looking for an Full Time Sr Production Specialist to join our team! Our Sr Production Specialist play a key role in our production process. They operate in a team-based environment to ensure quality, and safe and efficient, refilling, re-valving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storage of propane cylinders. Every cylinder is cleaned, leak-tested, inspected, and then delivered to tens of thousands of convenience stores nationwide. Requirements

Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other safety, environmental, and governmental standards preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Operates Carousel Filling operation as well as manual filling and forklift filling as needed.
DOT training for 20-pound cylinder requirements - RIN certification.
Operates Evacuation system for removing liquid and vapor from cylinders so they may be re-valved and shot blasted.
Trained in cylinder valve replacement.
Performs cylinder refurb operations based on work station.
Follows OSHA standards and company safety rules and policies at all times.
Maintains supplies, equipment, and uniforms issued by the Company and ensures the workplace remains clean, neat, and organized at all times.
Performs assigned duties in all types of weather.
Communicates escalated issues with supervisor.
Maintains accurate time card and paperwork as required.
Checks for quality assurance.
Acts as forklift backup when needed.
