We’re seeking a highly skilled Production Specialist with 5–8 years of experience supporting complex brand and creative ecosystems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the precise, efficient, and consistent execution of GM’s brand and design assets across print, digital, and emerging platforms. You bring a detail-driven mindset and a deep respect for craft, process, and systems. You understand that exceptional design only succeeds when production is executed flawlessly—on time, on spec, and at scale. From file preparation and asset management to vendor coordination and quality control, you’ll play a critical role in translating creative intent into finished work that meets the highest standards. Grounded in organization, technical expertise, and clear communication, you thrive in environments where accuracy, consistency, and collaboration are essential. You’ll partner closely with designers, brand teams, and external vendors to ensure GM’s visual identity is delivered with precision, reliability, and care across every touchpoint.
