About The Position

This position contributes and executes product initiatives within the Enterprise Data organization. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the development of product strategies, priorities, and roadmap while ensuring alignment on product vision. Responsible for driving positive change across the Enterprise Data organization through technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, while delivering on Commercial Bank business initiatives. Act as an interface between the business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams. Provides expert consultation to team members and other stakeholders on tactics and strategies to achieve product goals. Provides thought processes through expertise in one or more of Commercial Bank’s business growth areas including Payments, Liquidity Management, Commercial Lending & Finance, Credit Origination, Cards, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Product Management, Scrum, Agile OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Product Management, Scrum, Agile

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy - Partner with business stakeholders to define, refine, and align on vision, strategy, priority, scope, and roadmap. Lead the develop and execution of a product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals. Prioritize initiatives and define scope for Program Increments (PI), sprints and MVPs. Identify risks and dependencies and proactively mitigate them. Utilize subject matter expert knowledge to build strategic long-term solutions.
• Data Management - Leads projects and process improvements that enhance the quality, management, and storage of enterprise data. Directs activities that improve profiling, exception reporting, data analysis, and issue resolution as well as general fixes for the Enterprise Data platforms. Delegates work tasks and makes adjustments as needed to ensure the appropriate data governance.
• Product Management - Develop a prioritization framework and strategy for delivery initiatives. Prepare/refine product backlog and roadmap and work with the cross-functional teams to execute the product backlog. Plan and create initiatives, features, epics and stories in JIRA.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management - Articulate the product vision and roadmap persuasively to all stakeholders across Commercial Bank and Enterprise Data. Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and manage expectations.
