Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Own the end-to-end delivery of web initiatives--from strategy to execution, actively managing backlog, writing user stories, and ensuring timely sprint delivery. Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for all web properties and align web initiatives with business goals, marketing strategies, and customer experience objectives. Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and stakeholder input. Drive the website content strategy, ensuring content is aligned with brand voice, SEO best practices, and customer engagement goals. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams as well as external vendors to deliver compelling, personalized, and dynamic content experiences. Establish governance for content creation, approval, and publishing processes and identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation across web platforms. Leverage AI-driven solutions and advanced marketing tools to enhance personalization, automate workflows, and improve user experience. Serve as Scrum Master for the web development team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Oversee implementation and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and related tools. Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
