Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology project management or similar IT management roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in Program or Product Management, preferably in digital marketing, website development, customer channels or similar.
  • Proven work experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Internal influencer, culture carrier, negotiating, and consulting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Capable people manager with a track record of leading high performing teams.
  • Expert knowledge across a variety of marketing and sales solutions.
  • Familiarity with leading website and mobile app development platforms.
  • Demonstrated results of improved lead generation, customer engagement and revenue leveraging sales with AI-driven and/or marketing automation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, and/or multi-family a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates, influences and partners with leadership across all Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience focused teams to align business strategy, technology priorities and roadmap, both near and long-term.
  • Leads the planning and execution of key sales, CRM/relationship management, and B2C multi-channel technology replacements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of key sales, CRM/relationship management, website, and B2C multi-channel customer experience-related system implementations.
  • Drives the strategic evolution and integration of core operational platforms, including Property Management Systems (PMS), billing systems, and contact center technologies.
  • Facilitates effective collaboration and resource allocation across technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of interconnected systems.
  • Serves as the ultimate single-point-of-contact and/or escalation point to major technology related priorities for the assigned business area(s).
  • Delivers on the technology roadmap. Executes on projects. Accountable for project charter, deliverables, and overall project delivery and success.
  • Drives innovation, stays current on industry trends, and researches and pilots new technologies.
  • Owns the application suite for assigned business areas, key business, and vendor relationships; develops RFPs and negotiates contracts.
  • Has budget accountability for technology operating costs and projects within assigned business area(s).
  • Serves as a technical expert on important regulations that impact the Product Owner's assigned business area(s).
  • Manages the team responsible for delivery of technology capabilities, including project team members and development resources.
  • Ensures compliance with cybersecurity requirements, manages third-party vendor risk, and adheres to corporate IT standards.
  • Influences external software vendor features and roadmap.
  • Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.
