About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a product management role within a software development environment, particularly in settings with high ticket volumes. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize large backlogs of work items effectively. The candidate should have prior experience in DevOps, application engineering, or application risk management, and must be able to hold the team accountable for maintaining ticket updates and following established processes. Proficiency in JQL for creating filters, reports, and dashboards is essential, along with experience in Program Increment (PI) Planning. The candidate should be adept in using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence and possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage technical teams and ensure accountability.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in DevOps, application engineering, or application risk management.
• Proficient with JQL.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
