The Sr. Product Owner, Delivery role is a remote role combining the execution excellence of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with the operational rigor of Product Operations, with a strong emphasis on predictable delivery, cross-team alignment, and value realization. This role ensures that product strategy translates into dependable outcomes by orchestrating planning, execution, release, and operational cadence across multiple teams. What You'll Do: Agile Delivery & Release Execution Assist in formal pre-planning and planning with cross functional teams Drive end-to-end delivery cadence ensuring predictable execution across teams. Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments. Coordinate release readiness, go/no-go decisions, and production stability with Product Enablement and Marketing teams Establish and maintain release standards and quality gates using a t-minus schedule for larger GTM releases Product Operations Enablement Translate product strategy into execution plans and delivery roadmaps using Product Plan Align Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders. Track and report on delivery health using repeatable outcome-based metrics. Azure DevOps – Epic & Feature Management Govern Azure DevOps Boards use across product and engineering teams. Support standards for Epic and Feature creation, naming, required fields, and status states. Ensure alignment/traceability of Epics and Features to strategy, roadmaps, and releases. Monitor epic and feature flow to identify bottlenecks, aging work, and delivery risks. Product Plan Tool Governance & Administration Serve as system owner for the Product Plan / Product Portfolio Management tool. Define/Educate/Govern others on the standards and best practices of the Product Plan tool Cross-Tool Alignment & Data Integrity Ensure alignment between Product Plan tool and Azure DevOps. Validate accuracy and auditability of delivery data. Build dashboards for epic and feature progress, delivery health, and risks. Provide a single source of truth for leadership reporting. What You May Need to be Successful: 7+ years in agile delivery, product operations, or program management. 3+ years leading multiple agile teams in a scaled environment. Experience with Azure DevOps. The salary range for this position is approximately $105K-130K base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process. Requirements

  • 7+ years in agile delivery, product operations, or program management.
  • 3+ years leading multiple agile teams in a scaled environment.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
