And we believe we're just getting started! Join the Product Operations team to lead complex cross-functional projects to operationalize new product features across all existing and new platforms. We are seeking an experienced product operations manager to drive features and operations that help expand the marketplace platforms business. Apple's foundational technologies help developers build, grow, and scale apps and app marketplaces - including programming languages and development tools that make it easy to build apps for Apple's ecosystem, specialized software development kits with over 250,000 APIs, beta testing services and feedback programs, distribution via marketplaces and web, and so much more.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in management consulting or at a high-growth technology firm.
• Experience working with content discovery products (including search and personalization) and content management systems.
• Experience with full product lifecycles including planning, prioritization and development, and leading go-to-market operations for new products.
• Experience working with executive and senior level stakeholders.
• Excellent business sense, project management skills, relationship management skills, and the ability to understand and resolve complex business issues.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of iOS, macOS and App Store.

Nice To Haves

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience; Advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects to operationalize new product features across all existing and new platforms.
• Drive features and operations that help expand the marketplace platforms business.
• Manage the implementation of complex projects on a global scale across all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to discussions about technology and strategy related to a product.
• Define and develop technology solutions working with internal and external engineering teams.
• Synthesize large amounts of information and data to create clear stories digestible to different types of audiences.
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
