In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in shaping strategies that drive Ramp’s presence within large businesses. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that blend product storytelling with market demands, ensuring the solutions offered resonate deeply with complex clients. As part of a growing team, you will take charge of developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to elevate Ramp's offerings, thereby significantly impacting business growth within the Enterprise segment. This role promises ownership and visibility, as well as the ability to directly influence the direction of our Enterprise marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, writing, and live enablement skills.
  • Proficiency in using AI to drive marketing outcomes and improve content.
  • Strong ability to work with data and showcase impact through insights.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable measuring and iterating programs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ambitious and thriving in a dynamic environment, managing multiple complex projects.
  • Proactive in finding solutions even with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for industry verticals and key buyer personas within the Enterprise segment.
  • Translate Ramp’s platform capabilities across card, expense, AP, travel, and more into Enterprise-ready solutions and value propositions.
  • Develop Enterprise proof points through customer stories, case studies, and ROI models connected to measurable outcomes.
  • Drive Enterprise sales readiness through scalable enablement, including messaging frameworks and sales plays.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during high-stakes negotiations, developing bespoke narratives and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with Enterprise ABM Marketers on integrated campaigns to build awareness and generate pipeline.
  • Shape monetization strategies, including pricing and SKU development.
  • Provide input on feature development in collaboration with Product teams.
  • Establish measurement plans to track program effectiveness and continuously iterate across various metrics.
