We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of user retention and marketing strategies for the T-Mobile T-Life app! This role is critical to driving increased app usage, deepening member engagement, and delivering on our MAU growth goals. As part of the T-Life Product Marketing team, you will drive the cohort retention strategy, focusing on how to retain, activate, and re-engage customers in the app. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Partnerships, Loyalty and Content teams to define and optimize campaigns, app features, and app experiences that build loyalty and habitual use of T-Life.
