We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of user retention and marketing strategies for the T-Mobile T-Life app! This role is critical to driving increased app usage, deepening member engagement, and delivering on our MAU growth goals. As part of the T-Life Product Marketing team, you will drive the cohort retention strategy, focusing on how to retain, activate, and re-engage customers in the app. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Partnerships, Loyalty and Content teams to define and optimize campaigns, app features, and app experiences that build loyalty and habitual use of T-Life. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science.
  • 7+ years experience delivering successful, comprehensive product marketing strategy that can be tied to increased business revenue.
  • Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing, app engagement strategy, or customer retention marketing — ideally within a mobile-first or digital product environment.
  • Experience with segmentation and cohort-based program design.
  • Experience in app based engagement, commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or content based platforms a plus.
  • Working knowledge of growth levers such as network effects, gamification, referrals, and loyalty ecosystems.
  • Comfortable analyzing behavioral and performance metrics using tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Familiarity with engagement platforms such as Braze, Airship, Salesforce, MoEngage, or comparable tools a plus.
  • Strong storytelling skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies and cross-functional plans.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator who can work seamlessly with Product, Marketing, Design, and GTM teams.
  • 7+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing for consumer mobile apps or equivalent channel experience.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience in app based engagement, commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, or content based platforms.
  • Familiarity with engagement platforms such as Braze, Airship, Salesforce, MoEngage, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

  • Translate app usage and engagement insights into clear strategies and business cases for product and feature enhancements.
  • Implement cohort-based engagement strategies that drive user growth and frequency of app usage across key customer segments.
  • Partner closely with Marketing teams to scale personalized communications (SMS, push, email, in-app merch) aligned with key engagement KPIs.
  • Partner closely with Loyalty & Partnerships to drive ongoing optimization and innovation in partnership experiences based on user insights, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Drive adoption and measure effectiveness of in-app engagement tools such as push notifications, gamification, exclusive content, and loyalty features.
  • Regularly assess the competitive landscape, identify emerging partnership opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations for new partner engagements that align with T-Life's growth and engagement objectives.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
