The Sr. Product Marketing Manager, MMS owns cross‑regional product marketing strategy and launch execution for the MMS platform. This role elevates the scope beyond individual deliverables to portfolio‑level planning, matrix leadership, and performance governance across Regions. The incumbent translates complex clinical, customer and market insights into compliant, compelling positioning that drives adoption and growth, while setting commercial KPIs, steering investment decisions, and mentoring Product Marketing Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in healthcare/medtech or closely related domains, including success launching complex solutions across multiple markets.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills; ability to translate clinical concepts into clear, compelling and compliant messages.
  • Expertise with positioning frameworks, benefit ladders, personas and omnichannel strategies; advanced proficiency with CMS and digital publishing tools.
  • Hands‑on experience navigating Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) processes; familiarity with Veeva Vault and labeling governance.
  • Strong program leadership in matrixed environments; ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for portfolio and major releases across Regions; align objectives, positioning and resourcing with MMS business priorities. Build rigorous business cases (market sizing, pricing, revenue scenarios, P&L implications) to inform stage‑gate decisions and investment.
  • Launch Leadership: Define and govern segmentation, customer personas, insights and benefit ladders; ensure frameworks are adopted consistently across Regions. Orchestrate cross‑functional launch readiness and execution (Medical, Legal/MLR, Regulatory, Commercial, Training); serve as marketing launch leader through stage gates. Set portfolio‑level messaging architecture and differentiated claims; govern updates in Veeva Vault and ensure claims adherence across Regions. Lead regional enablement through toolkits, training and omnichannel playbooks to maximize engagement, conversion and adoption.
  • Insights & Positioning: Translate customer, competitive and market data into actionable value propositions tuned to healthcare audiences (clinicians, administrators, patients). Direct message testing and market validation; apply findings to iteratively improve positioning and content.
  • Performance & Optimization: Define commercial KPIs and dashboards; monitor regional content performance and ROI; recommend course corrections and A/B experiments. Synthesize insights and feedback to refine strategy and deliver measurable uplift across markets.
  • Compliance & Labeling Governance: Ensure accuracy, regulatory alignment and brand consistency across AdProm materials; oversee approvals through the MLR process. Partner with Regions to conduct Labeling Impact Assessments (LIAs) and manage downstream messaging updates.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross‑functional and external agency teams; define SOWs, manage budgets and hold partners accountable to outcomes. Mentor and provide direction to Product Marketing Managers and contractors; elevate standards and best practices across the function. Communicate progress and recommendations to senior leadership; influence decisions balancing customer, clinical and commercial perspectives.
