About The Position

We are hiring for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy across Chime’s Lending product ecosystem. In this role, you’ll own how we position and bring to market products like MyPay, SpotMe, and other lending and credit offerings—translating complex financial capabilities into clear, compelling value for our members. You’ll partner closely with Product, Risk, Legal, and Growth to shape product narratives, influence roadmap decisions, and drive responsible adoption. This role sits at the intersection of growth and financial responsibility, requiring strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance business impact with member trust and regulatory considerations. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $176,000.00 and up to $244,000.00 Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in product marketing
  • 2+ years of consumer lending experience
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for products or features
  • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer narratives
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution without formal authority

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy for key products and features, from launch through iteration and scale
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that drives customer understanding and adoption
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics to ensure cohesive execution
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap through customer insights, market understanding, and competitive analysis
  • Improve product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-informed marketing strategies
  • Partner with Growth and Lifecycle teams to ensure effective channel execution and performance optimization
  • Establish best practices and frameworks for repeatable, high-quality product launches
