This Senior Product Marketing Manager role involves not only strategic oversight but also a deep understanding of the technological landscape. This position requires a dynamic individual who can bridge the gap between technical product features and market solutions. The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in shaping the product's market perception, driving adoption, and ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation of content for the IT solutions market, targeted at end users and channel partners. This is a hybrid role, expected to be onsite 3 days a week in our San Jose HQ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Marketing in the IT market.
  • Experience working for a leading business networking company is highly required.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing IT solutions.
  • Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on market research.
  • Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies to drive product launch and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing channels, regions, and materials.
  • Develop high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement tools and materials to support the sales team.
  • Work closely with product line management, sales, and other relevant teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize insights to improve customer satisfaction and enhance product offerings.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
