The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role can be based in our New York City, San Francisco or Mountain View office. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the team supporting our LinkedIn Business Platform (LBP). You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Design and Marketing to shape and launch the experiences that define how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase LinkedIn products. Your immediate focus will be on our selling experiences— including online checkout, self-serve growth, and omnichannel purchasing. You will help streamline and scale how customers buy online, enable seamless movement between online and field channels, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping LinkedIn’s roadmap through voice-of-customer insights, product narrative, and go-to-market strategy. Your work will influence how millions of customers purchase across every major LinkedIn line of business — Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, Learning Solutions, and Premium.   • Understand customers and influence product strategy
  • Drive the strategy, narrative, and GTM for selling experiences
  • Build the product story, positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new checkout capabilities, growth experiments, and field-to-online/online-to-field pathways.
  • Define the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for features and programs that improve how customers discover and purchase LinkedIn products.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on launch tier, rollout strategy, timing, and readiness requirements across LOBs and channels.
  • Lead product launches and partner orchestration
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Marketing, , and GTM to ensure smooth, predictable launches.
  • Create and deliver high-impact enablement for field, support, and customer success teams— including training materials, comms, demos, and in-product guidance.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring consistency of narrative and clarity on roles, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Drive adoption, measure impact, and refine
  • Monitor performance of new buying flows and experiments, analyze early usage signals, identify friction points, and recommend refinements to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Partner with analytics and product teams to define KPIs, track adoption, and measure business impact across channels.
  • Package insights and learnings to influence future roadmap decisions, improve activation, and unlock long-term growth across both self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
  • BS degree in marketing-related field or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of marketing experience within product marketing, product development, go-to-market and/or sales enablement experience.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a record of driving AI initiatives that address customer needs.
  • Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions.
  • Experience learning and translating complex technical concepts and features into a benefit-driven narrative for audiences ranging from C-level execs to developers to internal sales professionals.
  • Track record of successful partnership with cross-functional leaders and communication with C-level leaders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience using user, market and competitive research to influence product development strategies.
  • Ability to inspire, lead and align cross-functional teams - excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and leadership, building creative solutions and driving results.
