About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Manager to own and scale our Affiliate and KOL marketing channels, with a primary focus on the US market. Your mission is to drive measurable user acquisition and transaction volume through your established network and data-driven optimization. If you have a proven track record of delivering GMV growth at a leading crypto exchange or a hyper-growth web2 platform like Temu, we want you.

Requirements

  • Proven Growth Experience: 3+ years in a performance/growth marketing role, specifically managing Affiliate and/or KOL channels.
  • Direct Industry Experience: Prior experience at one of the following is HIGHLY preferred: A leading cryptocurrency exchange (e.g., Coinbase, Kraken,Bybit etc). A hyper-growth e-commerce/transaction platform (e.g., Temu, TikTok E-commerce, Alipay).
  • US Market & Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience driving user growth in the US market. A tangible network of Affiliate/KOL contacts and a proven ability to "get deals done."
  • Solid understanding of the user acquisition funnel and performance marketing metrics.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: A history of being measured against and achieving hard GMV, ROI, or sales targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with both Web2 and Web3 growth mechanics.
  • Personal passion for and understanding of crypto space.
  • Experience with tracking tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust,Impact) and data analysis platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the end-to-end strategy for our Affiliate and KOL programs in the US, with a clear focus on driving GMV and achieving ROI targets.
  • Partner Acquisition & Management: Leverage your existing network to recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of partners, from large affiliate networks to niche KOLs and long-tail content creators (including forums and local websites).
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, Conversion Funnel). Use data to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and data teams to ensure proper tracking of user activation and conversion events. Collaborate with content and design teams to provide partners with high-converting assets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on new affiliate platforms, emerging KOLs, and growth tactics within the US Web3 and e-commerce landscape.
