We're looking for a product visionary who helps identify and solve customer problems, builds business cases, writes requirement documents, creates product documents, pulls and compiles reports, reviews and recaps customer feedback, and understands the competitive landscape for online commerce direct to consumer business. The Sr. Product Manager will work well with ambiguity and is willing to dive into the details to execute in a rapidly evolving work and market environment. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, this individual will partner with global business stakeholders across all territories to develop global product solutions and go-to-market plans for online commerce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in product management or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development, from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
  • Expertise in writing clear product specifications, user stories, and use case flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Passion for building customer-centric products that deliver measurable value.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or equivalent business experience.
  • Domain knowledge in Payments, Gift Cards, or eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with API-based products, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment systems.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for the global giftcards.com (D2C) platform, aligning with business goals and product outcomes that are rooted in customer needs.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a clear, data-informed product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Champion user experience by continuously improving customer journeys and driving UX/UI enhancements based on feedback and analytics.
  • Requirements & Specifications: Author detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of contact across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Stakeholders are located globally (US and India).
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches, including planning, communication, training, and post-launch analysis.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, measure success, and iterate quickly.
  • Influence Without Authority: Inspire and align cross-functional teams through strong communication, collaboration, and a shared vision for the product.
