Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network with a
mission to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around
the world. We've designed the system with the capacity, flexibility, and
performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual households to
schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations
operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

The Product Manager - Technical will be a key member of the Ops Excellence team,
driving end-to-end strategy for system integration and continuous improvement
across Kuiper's global logistics operations. This role requires a strategic
thinker who can balance technical complexity with operational excellence while
working across multiple stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical field
• 5+ years of product or program management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making

Nice To Haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for system integration and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Global Trade, and Finance teams to achieve operational goals
• Develop and implement scalable solutions that support Leo Logistics team objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Logistics Service Providers and Suppliers
• Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders on operational priorities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program KPIs and metrics reporting systems
• Develop long-term shipment forecast models that inform Kuiper Transportation business leaders
• Create data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
• Develop risk assessments and standard operating procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
• Lead cost optimization efforts across the logistics network
• Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining service quality
