About The Position

The Sr. Product Manager - Tech for Amazon Music Cross Channel Marketing Personalization will lead the strategy and vision for modern customer engagement, focusing on developing tools and infrastructure for personalized customer interactions. This role involves managing high-scale marketing efforts across various channels, including paid media, associates, and deeplinks, to enhance customer experiences and drive business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management experience, including defining, launching, and optimizing products and services.

  • Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and vision for customer engagement in the Cross-Channel Marketing Platform team.
  • Lead the Paid Media, Associates, and Deeplinks work-streams.
  • Build and improve integrations with partners for precise marketing campaigns.
  • Manage integrations that enable Amazon Associates and influencers to promote Amazon Music.
  • Ensure internal customers have the tools to link customers to the right destinations within Amazon Music.
  • Expand ownership to lead internal or external AI integrations to improve marketing efficiency.
