The Sr. Product Manager for SmartPages at Highspot is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of SmartPages™, an innovative tool that allows users to create interactive microsites. This role involves collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences, understanding customer needs, and driving strategic projects to improve the product's functionality and user engagement.

  • Partner with designers and engineers to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
  • Understand customer requirements and technical constraints to design simple and effective UX.
  • Become the expert on customer, market, competitive, and product context for SmartPages.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UX and architecture of SmartPages to facilitate technical and product trade-offs.
  • Create roadmaps based on data and user research to define outcomes and guide product development.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager or owner with a proven track record of shipping software.
  • Experience working directly with senior engineers and understanding technical concepts and trade-offs.
  • Strong passion for design and user experience, with a history of collaborating effectively with design teams.
  • Familiarity with large-scale frontend platforms and their maintenance.
  • Ability to leverage quantitative data and qualitative user research to inform product decisions.
  • Experience building tools for user-led content creation, such as modular drag-and-drop interfaces.
  • Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms to understand the needs of non-technical users.
  • Experience in enterprise-grade B2B SaaS and understanding the needs of enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of performance, latency, scaling, and data consistency in collaboration software.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
