  • Track our AI partnerships (e.g., OpenAI), including contractual elements, capabilities, and OEM integration progress.
  • Produce documentation and executive level presentations on AI point-of-view and hardware implications.
  • Lead the creation of a 12-36 month hardware innovation and partnership strategy across emerging categories and technologies.
  • Represent the Product Portfolio team in new business opportunities including joint ventures, M&A prospects, and deep technology partnerships.
  • Create strategic frameworks for long-range planning across hardware and software convergence.
  • Provide weekly updates and monthly strategic deliverables for innovation governance committees.
  • Ongoing development of competitive landscapes, horizon scanning, trend reports, and opportunity sizing frameworks.
  • Maintain a real-time tracker and library of innovation ideas, partnership leads, and early concepts.

  • Define governance structure, stakeholders, and approval processes for funnel operations and strategy progression.
  • Drive alignment with DT, Corporate Strategy, Product Marketing, Lines of Business, and OEMs on evolving device strategy and undefined categories.
  • Influence key decisions across disciplines by grounding ideation in market insights, competitor benchmarking, and technical feasibility.
  • Deliver strategic documents for senior executives, synthesizing financial and commercial insights with high-impact presentations that explain not just what the data says—but why it matters.
