About The Position
At ServiceNow, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager Intern for the Summer of 2025, specifically targeting full-time MBA students with 3-6 years of work experience. The Product Management team at ServiceNow operates as a cohesive unit, with multiple roles working together to ensure the success of our products. Interns will have the chance to work in either Inbound or Outbound Product Management roles. Inbound Product Managers focus on planning and developing new products, gathering feedback to identify problems, and generating product roadmaps. They collaborate with various teams, including release management, design, and engineering development. Key responsibilities for Inbound PMs include setting product vision and strategy, defining requirements and success metrics, developing innovative product ideas, and conducting competitive analysis. On the other hand, Outbound Product Managers serve as product experts who enable Go-To-Market teams and evangelize products to customers and partners. Their responsibilities include defining pricing and packaging, providing best practice content, and driving customer usage and adoption programs. Interns may also support senior program managers and product managers throughout the project lifecycle, collaborate with product design and development teams, and contribute to the complete product lifecycle from market research to product delivery. This internship program is designed to foster learning and growth, with opportunities for career development workshops, executive speaker series, and team-building activities.
