Key responsibilities for Inbound PMs include setting product vision and strategy, defining requirements and success metrics, developing innovative product ideas, and conducting competitive analysis. On the other hand, Outbound Product Managers serve as product experts who enable Go-To-Market teams and evangelize products to customers and partners. Their responsibilities include defining pricing and packaging, providing best practice content, and driving customer usage and adoption programs. Interns may also support senior program managers and product managers throughout the project lifecycle, collaborate with product design and development teams, and contribute to the complete product lifecycle from market research to product delivery.
