About The Position

Our healthcare system is the leading cause of personal bankruptcy in the U.S. Every year, over 50 million Americans suffer adverse financial consequences as a result of seeking care, from lower credit scores to garnished wages. The challenge is only getting worse, as high deductible health plans are the fastest growing plan design in the U.S. Cedar’s mission is to leverage data science, smart product design and personalization to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. Today, healthcare providers still engage with its consumers in a “one-size-fits-all” approach; and Cedar is excited to leverage consumer best practices to deliver a superior experience. The Role Cedar is improving the healthcare financial experience. Our technology improves the overall experience of patient billing and engagement, enabling healthcare providers to thrive in a constantly evolving environment while helping patients understand the cost of their care. Cedar is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Integration Standards team. As the product lead, you will set priorities and steer product development of our integration standards and the tools needed to support the standards. You will own one of the most impactful and challenging areas of the Cedar product landscape by establishing integration standards around the data model and logic used today. You will build expertise on more than just our platform, product workflows and technology; you will develop a deep understanding of our clients’ operations that both affect data upstream as well as make downstream use of the data exchanged with Cedar. Your end-to-end perspective of people, process and technology will allow you to set the course for how we integrate complex and sensitive health system data. You and your team will ensure that our patient and operational staff end users have reliable, cross-system access to accurate, up-to-date and secure information. Cedar is committed to a flexible work environment, so this as well as many of our other roles are remote-friendly.
