  • Partner with engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver integrations with core banking systems like Fiserv, Jack Henry, and FIS
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategic objectives
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clear communication of requirements to the development team
  • Manage relationships with third-party core providers to ensure seamless and compliant integrations
  • Define business value, outcomes, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to support large technology initiatives, contributing to measurable organizational impact
  • Develop comprehensive, multi-year strategies to drive business objectives and prioritize initiatives across the product portfolio
  • Engage and align senior executives around common business goals, using data and strategic insight to drive informed decision-making
  • Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging feedback, analytics and insights to prioritize features that maximize customer value
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success and other teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and user adoption
  • Champion the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) model or equivalent to track and measure progress toward goals
  • Monitor sprint progress, maintain velocity metrics, and adjust priorities as needed to meet sprint goals and deliverables
  • Standardize product management processes across the organization, promoting best practices in story writing, requirements gathering, and roadmap creation
  • Mentor other product managers in effective product management techniques, including story development, roadmap creation, and outcome-driven product planning
  • Lead the successful implementation of large-scale technology transformations, applying extensive experience in project and program management
  • Manage complex, multifaceted business challenges, developing solutions that align with the company's technology and business strategies
  • Provide consulting and guidance on business transformation initiatives, including best practices for IT mergers, acquisitions, and integrations
  • Deliver clear, compelling communications to diverse stakeholders, including written reports and presentations, to convey project status, key insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and presentation skills to foster collaboration and alignment within and across teams
  • Leverage expertise in SCRUM and Agile methodologies to support software development teams and promote an agile mindset within product teams
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in product management or a related field; or 8 years with an advanced degree
  • At least 8 years of experience leading cross-functional technology products or programs
  • Hands-on experience with core banking systems (e.g., Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS) and APIs
  • Experience working with banks or other financial institutions
  • At least 3 years of experience in standardizing processes within a product management organization
  • Proven experience managing software development lifecycles in an Agile environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project and program management principles, with a successful track record in large technology transformations
  • Experience aligning senior executives and driving consensus toward business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategies that achieve business objectives and deliver value
  • Strong communication skills, with experience conveying information to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Desired Master's degree in project management, business, or a related field
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience with business transformation initiatives, particularly in consulting roles
  • Advanced understanding of business financial KPIs and their integration with strategic initiatives
  • Experience working in an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) model
  • Proficiency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and other product management tools
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
  • Advanced capabilities in Google Docs and product-related technologies
  • Ability to mentor and develop other product managers in roadmap creation, story writing, and product strategy execution
  • Bachelor's degree in product management, business, information technology, or a related field, or relevant work experience
