About The Position

Ring is at the forefront of implementing AI-driven Sales Operations solutions, and we're looking for an AI-savvy leader to join our team as a Go-to-Market Operations lead for our portfolio of Blink devices. This role will improve speed to market by building the tools and processes that support Blink sustaining business launches and Offline Retailer launch processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI technologies, demonstrated experience in AI prompt engineering, and the ability to leverage AI tools for operational tasks. A GTM Operations Manager serves as the central coordinator for product launch strategies across Offline retailers, Amazon.com, and Ring.com platforms. In this role, you'll spearhead product lifecycle management, from initial launch planning through final execution, covering new and sustaining business products, bundles, and retail product resets. The position requires extensive coordination with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless launch execution. A key aspect of the role involves developing and maintaining tracking mechanisms to monitor launch readiness and timeline management, while using AI to continuously drive process improvements to optimize launch efficiency and speed-to-market. The Ring & Blink Sales Operations team supports sales performance by building AI-enabled processes to streamline operational needs and improve enterprise efficiency. We have three primary areas of focus: pricing and promotions, Go-to-market operations (sustaining business and Offline NPI), and order management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered Go-to-market solutions for the Sales Operations team.
