This position will support the Business Insurance team by directly leading the Filing Implementation team (approximately 9-15 employees) in the creation and submission of form/rate/rule filings with Departments of Insurance and the Forms Development team (approximately 3-5 employees) in the creation and maintenance of coverage forms used by Business Insurance. This position will prioritize projects, identify process improvements, advocate team initiatives, manage workflow and capacity, and develop success metrics. Successful candidates will have a strong ability to lead others, a willingness to learn and develop detailed processes, and actively pursue continuous improvement.
