A s part of the Defibrillation Solutions (DS) Integrated Operating Unit, the Commercial Marketing organization is seeking a bold , self-starter , and action -oriented Sr. Product Manager . The product manager works as part of the DS Transvenous Commercial/Downstream Marketing Team to drive growth in initial implants and exceed AOP across 2 product categories with 2 different market dynamics (transvenous dual and single chamber ICDs and CRT-Ds) . This role will enable that growth with a dedicated focus on the defibrillation leads, heart failure leads and delivery systems. Cardiac leads play the critical role in defibrillation systems to sense, pace and deliver defibrillation shock s or antitachycardia pacing to terminate lethal arrythmias . This role will entail a s p ecial focus on owning and driving the Conduction System Pacing (CSP) campaign, encompassing the whole portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and driving the global marketing plan, creating compelling field and customer focused campaigns/initiatives, developing competitive response strategies, engaging with and presenting to key customers, and supporting the field in driving execution. This role will partner closely across the DS Transvenous Marketing Team to drive the portfolio globally through the sharing of best practices, key resources, and partnering where appropriate on global launch, evidence dissemination, or marketing campaign initiatives .
