  • Execute the roadmap for data and AI-enablement products, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Champion AI-native thinking in how products are designed, tested, and iterated.
  • Drive partnership through product execution with Data and AI ecosystem players.
  • Drive data-readiness products for customers to leverage ETL, RAG, fine-tuning with their proprietary data for their AI agents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure that data pipelines are optimized for model training and real-time inference.
  • Define user journey and create User experience visions for UI and front end engineering teams.
  • Deeply understand enterprise customer needs and translate those into actionable product requirements.
  • Work closely with customers and customer success teams to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
  • Ensure that features are scoped with customer needs and business value in mind.
  • Over-communicate and resolve cross-functional dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of the products.
  • Clearly communicate your product vision and influence without authority to rally stakeholders behind it.
  • Work closely with Engineering to translate customer needs into execution with world-class user experience.
  • Strong customer empathy and a record of internalizing customer feedback to drive product development with engineering.
  • Proven success in shipping data products, especially those handling structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience building data readiness systems for AI pipelines.
  • Experience building AI and agentic platforms/products.
  • Ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams, balancing long-term vision with near-term deliverables.
  • Savvy in using AI tools to clearly communicate product management vision and execution.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI or data-centric platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
