Customer data domain is critical to drive customer insights and marketing strategies powered by data from our store, digital, CRM, Martech, and other sources. As a Customer and Marketing Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of end-to-end data lifecycle for the customer domain data solution, from data ingestion to building data pipelines (both upstream and downstream integrations), for this business domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, data & analytics, and operations, to define and execute against a roadmap that aligns with the product’s overall objectives. In this role you will solve problems around linking customer data across channels, building a customer 360 solution, driving self-service analytics and reporting, and powering complex analytical modeling.
