Are you an experienced Product Manager who wants to be part of an innovative and growing business at the nexus of financial services and consumer retail? The Amazon Payment Products team needs a Senior Product Manager to define and drive strategy and product feature development with measurable P&L impact, to create internal and external product features, and to deepen the integration of our products with Amazon’s Retail platform. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and strong in: · Product management and development, analyzing customer behavior, conducting customer research, and developing product features and services that deliver bar-raising customer experiences · Customer Acquisition and Engagement management, developing targeting strategies and optimizing the deployment of marketing budgets · Demonstrated experience with credit underwriting, including applicant risk, applying credit policy, and making data-driven inferences on risk strategy · Business management, creating business strategy, owning P&L and managing program metrics · Project management, creating business justifications and functional requirements for product features and services This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on risks, financial and operational program metrics. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate has superior analytical abilities and hands-on exposure to underwriting models, credit bureau data, and risk controls within a lending of financial services environment. This role supports the US Co-branded Credit Card business as part of the North American regional organization.
