About The Position

PulsePoint is a fast-growing healthcare technology company (with adtech roots) using real-time data to transform healthcare. We help brands and agencies interpret the hard-to-read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real-world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Our award-winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Campaign Management to join our brilliant Product team! Product Managers at PulsePoint relentlessly pursue increased adoption of our platforms by listening to user feedback and ideating new ways to help clients achieve their goals. They constantly monitor both market feedback and product usage to better understand how our clients use the platform today and where we can evolve to capture new opportunities. The Senior Product Manager, Campaign Management will help us expand all of PulsePoint’s offerings under one new unified Platform, taking it beyond its capabilities and pushing the boundaries of our unified omnichannel toolkit.

Requirements

  • 6+ years product management experience in adtech, with at least 3 years directly on DSP or campaign management workflows.
  • Programmatic platform (DSP, DMP, or ad server) experience required.
  • Analytical approach to UX & SaaS enhancements and revenue-focused roadmap planning.
  • Health experience a plus.
  • Experience with at least one of the following a plus: CTV, paid search, social, email, YouTube.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the roadmap for a major product stream (DSP Campaign Management), balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, and long-term strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of key initiatives, from defining strategy and business cases through launch and adoption, ensuring alignment across multiple business units.
  • Act as the product 'CEO' for campaign workflows, making tradeoff decisions that maximize customer and company value.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and strategic impact to executive leadership, influencing company-wide priorities where needed.
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, and Operations to ensure delivery of high-quality features, while continuously refining workflows and user experience.
  • Represent the product internally and externally, supporting Marketing and Sales in positioning and engaging with clients and partners.
  • Mentor and support junior PMs, helping to build a strong, scalable product management practice.
