About The Position

We're a fast-growing and profitable startup building the defining company at the intersection of AI, apparel, and culture. We move at a blinding pace, operate in one-week release cycles, and are looking for a builder with a founder's mentality to join our core team. We are not iterating; we are inventing. If you're tired of big-tech bureaucracy and want to build a rocketship from the ground up, this is your call. This is not a typical Product Manager role. We are looking for a deeply technical product leader to architect the core intelligence of our company. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our foundational AI platform, encompassing everything from proprietary large-scale models to the APIs that expose their capabilities to our consumer products and developer ecosystem. Your mission is to build the brain and the nervous system of our entire product suite. You will guide the development of our in-house Large Language Models (LLMs) and imaging models, define the roadmap for agentic AI systems, and create a world-class platform that unlocks capabilities our users haven't even imagined yet. You are not managing a product; you are building the future of our company's technological moat.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years experience in product management.
• Hands-on AI/ML background with experience building and shipping machine learning models.
• Full-stack model expertise, including lifecycle understanding of large-scale models.
• Mastery of applied AI craft, including evaluation frameworks and agentic systems.
• Proven AI shipping experience with a track record of shipping V1 AI-powered products.
• Exceptional technical communication skills.
• MLOps acumen and understanding of AI infrastructure.
• A 'Wartime' owner mentality with a bias for action.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working at a seed or Series A startup.
• Published papers at top AI conferences or significant contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics and safety.
• Knowledge of underlying hardware (GPUs, TPUs) and its impact on model performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the foundational AI platform.
• Guide the development of in-house Large Language Models (LLMs) and imaging models.
• Define the roadmap for agentic AI systems.

• Architect the core intelligence of the company.
• Design and implement robust evaluation frameworks for model quality.
• Architect and build AI agents that can reason, plan, and use tools.

• Contribute to the strategy for tooling, deployment, and model monitoring systems.
