About The Position

As the Senior Product Manager for Service Experience Growth - Consumer, you’ll lead the service transformation for 400+ million PayPal users. You’ll define the strategy for proactive detection using sophisticated data models, real-time nudging, and self-service resolution that anticipates needs before the customer even contacts support. Working across engineering, design, data science, compliance, service and sales, you’ll build a system that makes consumers feel informed, in control, and cared for. Your work will directly impact NPS, contact deflection, and retention — and shape the trust users have in PayPal every day.
