We're looking for a Senior Product Lifecycle Engineer to join our Alsip manufacturing facility, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of positive displacement gear pump technologies. Reporting to the Global Engineering Director, you'll work alongside a talented, cross-functional engineering team to lead initiatives that improve product performance, optimize cost, and enhance manufacturability. You will take full ownership of assigned product lines across the entire lifecycle-from new product development (NPD) to sustaining engineering-while also leading efforts in cost reduction (PPV, I2V) and product enhancement to maintain a competitive edge. Your deep expertise in engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and component inspection procedures will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions aligned with broader business objectives. In this role, you'll be empowered to lead multiple projects, drive continuous improvement, and influence the direction of product innovation.
