About The Position

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our flagship product and help reimagine the future of engineering. As an early team member, you'll have real influence on product direction and directly build the features you want to use in a product you are using every day. We are looking for individuals who are both great engineers, and have good product intuition; someone who understands what actually matters and then makes that happen.

Either experienced or interested in being a founder of a software product company
Experienced with React/Typescript and Python

Responsibilities

Build, ship, and refine innovative new features for Sculptor like the ability to "fork" an agent and agents for generating "suggestions"
Talk to users on our Discord server, deeply understand them, and translate their needs into feature ideas
Own projects end-to-end, from idea to deployment, and collaborate with founders on product strategy and roadmap decisions
Help shape the culture of a company that cares deeply about engineering best practices (since that's kind of our whole product)
Work closely with our applied research team to create state-of-the-art coding agent systems
