About The Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the end-to-end experience of our analytics platform, empowering users to derive meaningful insights from complex data. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces that facilitate decision-making. This position is integral to transforming how our customers engage with data, ensuring that the products we develop are accessible and impactful. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio focused on data-heavy products.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills with proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity interactive prototyping.
  • Experience building design systems or component libraries for complex domains.
  • Knowledge of data stacks and the ability to collaborate with data scientists or ML/AI engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence product strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with web analytics, SEO, recommendation engines, or tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and GA4.

Responsibilities

  • Own Analyze end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through interaction design, specs, and handoff.
  • Turn data into decisions by designing dashboards, charts, and surfaces that translate visitor data into clear stories.
  • Design for agents, creating recommendation flows that incorporate explainability, confidence signals, and control affordances.
  • Define and maintain the visual language of analytics including component libraries and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate upstream with PMs, data scientists, engineers, and researchers to align on data models before design.
  • Measure your own work, define success metrics, and use experiments to iterate toward real adoption.
  • Represent Analyze work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, showcasing both craft and clarity.
