We are seeking a talented designer to lead and drive the design process for complex projects. This role involves conducting research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation of user-centered design solutions that are innovative and aligned with business goals. The designer will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing, advocating for user needs and ensuring that design decisions are informed by user research and data. Additionally, the designer will contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides, mentor and guide junior designers, and stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies. Presenting design work to stakeholders and executives is also a key responsibility of this position.
