About The Position

Optimize and maintain robust graphics data pipeline focused on performance, cost efficiency and reporting clarity. Develop diagnostics dashboards to analyze texture and buffer upload performance. Design, develop and instrument data products that support Graphics Engineering teams. Work on confidential and pre-release projects by adhering to NDA protocols and secure communication practices. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reported data. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide expertise in runtime-based frame time and frame rate stability performance reporting, including benchmarking against industry standards. Act as a business intelligence specialist on monetization and serve as a liaison between Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.
  • Working with the graphics pipeline of an app or game engine
  • Leveraging data expertise with instrumentation and aggregating data
  • Runtime based frame time and frame rate stability performance reporting and effective industry comparison benchmarking
  • Understanding of data development for BI or Data Engineering teams
  • Working as a product data specialist within a game platform environment using technical systems like Data Warehouses (DWH) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
  • Relational and non-relational databases, including BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, and SQL
  • Improving ETL processes using Airflow and Pyspark to ensure efficient data processing
  • Creating data visualizations and dashboards using Python, R, Looker, Hex, and Druid/ Imply
