As a Senior Product Associate in Knowledge Graph, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our data products to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of our clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Proven experience in writing Product Requirement Documents and managing product development processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with data analytics, rest APIs, graph databases, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
• Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Develop comprehensive and clear Product Requirement Documents that outline the product's features, functionalities, and specifications that align with the business goals and user needs.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
• Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones and adherence to quality standards.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach in product development ensuring that the end product meets the needs and expectations of users.
• Maintain and update product documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
