Chase is seeking a highly effective and innovative Senior Product Associate to drive the end-to-end delivery of our key international payments initiatives within our Wires and International Payments team. This role focuses on driving innovation in our international remittance landscape and delivery of key features that would provide our customers a better, faster, and more transparent payment experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Proven track record of executing end-to-end product delivery for complex, large-scale initiatives
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in product or analytics-related fields preferred
• Product experience in the payments or financial industry
• Established understanding of blockchain technology and traditional international payment rails

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new product opportunities that align with customer needs and market demands through user research and discovery
• Lead the development and implementation of international payments capabilities, including blockchain and digital assets solutions
• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify valuable product features for customers
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle
• Develop requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
• Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications, working closely with scrum teams to compile rollout and release plans
