This role will be the analytical engine behind data-driven decision-making in Rula’s Partnership Product area. As an individual contributor, you will partner with senior leaders across Product, as well as teams in Data Science, Data Engineering, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations, to take ownership of generating insights and recommendations that shape strategy for product roadmap using data. Bringing an advanced analytical toolkit, you will translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans, perform proactive data exploration to identify actionable insights, and communicate results in a compelling manner. You will model the impact of new features, determine success criteria, and drive experimentation to evaluate new launches. Your work will play a critical role in growing the platform by driving partner adoption and satisfaction.
