Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Experience in the Insurance Industry: Preferably with a focus on Personal Lines, demonstrating a strong understanding of product management, underwriting, and market strategies within this sector. Candidates should also understand the market and be able to address market trends effectively. Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using Excel, including handling large datasets, performing complex calculations, and developing visualization tools to support strategic decision-making and optimizing performance. Strategic Positioning: Ability to define and communicate our products’ unique value proposition, driving profitable growth through pricing, risk appetite, segmentation, competitive intelligence, customer insights and distribution strategy. Our work is essential to helping Nationwide build future capability to serve customer needs. Keeping existing products relevant and marketable and building new products takes research, critical thinking, practicality and collaboration. If you enjoy gathering input and information, working on a team and creating innovative solutions for customers, we want to know more about you! As a Senior Analyst, you'll provide detailed data analysis in support of the Product Management team. This includes performing data extraction and analysis and formulating solutions to sophisticated business issues. You'll work as part of a cross-functional team on projects, systems, workflows and processes. In addition, you may lead portions of work that contribute to the overall project.
