Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Strong contracting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply management strategies.
- Proficiency in contract management and procurement technology platforms.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Ariba, Power BI, Coupa, SRM, Excel.
- Familiarity with Source to Pay technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and promote procurement tools and strategies.
- Support category management, support of supplier scorecards, and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in achieving annual targets and supporting category goals.
- Manage contracts and process efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and tools.
- Communicate and implement changes within the organization.
- Resolve issues related to procurement technology and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
