About The Position

Your role: Lead Design for Excellence (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, value engineering, cost-down initiatives) across new product introduction, platform development, and lifecycle optimization to design in cost, quality, sustainability, and resilience. Drive early supplier involvement by orchestrating co-design and innovation workshops with strategic suppliers, ensuring industrialization readiness including scalability, quality, lead times, and supply resilience.
