This position involves providing shop-level leadership in developing new products and enhancing existing products, coordinating with Commerce and Sales. The successful candidate will implement a dependable and ergonomically sound production process, facilitate smooth transitions from development to production stages, and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring proper documentation. Additionally, the role requires managing and collaborating on large-scale engineering projects, executing projects of moderate to high complexity, and developing strategies for efficient project completion. The position also involves coaching and providing technical oversight to other engineers.
