Position Summary NOTE: THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN ABU DHABI FULL TIME. Project is at a Food & Beverage Plant and will consist of Grain storage, processing and biopolymer manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi on a plot area of 103,000 sqm. Seeking a candidate resource from US with more than 15+ years in F&B as a poly lactic acid process expert.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Process Engineering experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience in Grain processing - Pea Protein.
- Experience in Biopolymers: Corn → Starch → Glucose → Lactic Acid (LA) → Polylactic acid (PLA) and Compounding facilities.
Responsibilities
- Process Engineering for: Biopolymers: Corn→ Starch → Glucose → Lactic Acid (LA) → Polylactic acid (PLA) and Compounding facility (in separate plot). Grain processing: Pea Protein. Grain storage: Silo and conveying system.
