Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or process/quality roles (internships accepted).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret and present data clearly.
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with warehouse systems and reporting tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across operations and customer teams.
Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced automotive logistics environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with process improvement tools (LEAN, Six Sigma, PDCA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze current warehouse processes (pick/pack, sequencing, receiving, inventory flow) to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop, document, and implement standardized work instructions and process controls.
Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and root‑cause investigations for operational issues.
Monitor quality performance and ensure compliance with GM requirements and internal standards.
Investigate quality concerns, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Track key metrics related to productivity, accuracy, sequencing performance, and material flow.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on process and quality performance.
Support audits, accuracy checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with supervisors and leads to ensure process adherence on the floor.
Train teams on new or updated processes, quality requirements, and standard work.
Assist with layout planning, material flow design, and process adjustments as operational needs evolve.
Participate in customer and internal meetings to provide process and quality updates.
