About The Position
The Senior Process Engineer will drive process optimization, continuous improvement and overall equipment efficiency (OEE) improvement programs at the line and equipment level. This position is expected to merge technical expertise together with leadership and collaboration skills to apply engineering best practices appropriately, streamline operations, improve productivity and solve complex engineering problems ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, quality, and innovation in snack production. The incumbent will also lead capital expense improvement projects needs a blend of project management skills and strategic thinking to optimize manufacturing efficiency and execute high-value facility and equipment upgrades working closely with several internal functions and external equipment and service providers.
