This Senior IT Service Management (ITSM) Problem Manager position is a specialized role within the DTRA I3TS program. This unique role within operations will focus on managing and resolving recurring issues to prevent them from affecting mission operations. It will focus on Problem Management associated with a mission focused, integrated IT System that is deployed worldwide. Clearance Requirement: Must hold a current Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
