About The Position

Lead strategic, large-scale programs spanning GPU Deliveries, delivery orchestration, and new product introductions across AI infrastructure. Define and drive execution frameworks, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-org priorities to meet aggressive capacity and launch goals. Anticipate and resolve systemic risks, while establishing long-term program governance and operational excellence. Mentor TPMs and shape roadmap execution for next-gen AI infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-org programs for GPU deliveries, capacity planning, and new product introductions.
  • Define program strategy, execution frameworks, and governance models across multiple high-impact initiatives.
  • Influence senior leadership and external partners to align priorities, resolve escalations, and drive outcomes.
  • Anticipate systemic risks and implement long-term solutions to scale AI infrastructure delivery and operations.
  • Mentor and guide TPMs while elevating program management standards across the organization.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
