Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is currently hiring a Senior Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse, individuals in the GSC Demand Planning organization. Requirements

• Must have Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 12 years of experience
• Experience must be in Supply Chain, Material Planning, Project Management, Program Management, Procurement or Subcontracts
• Experience in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Bills of Materials
• Experience in SAP
• Experience with Advanced Planning and Material Requirements Planning

Responsibilities

• Long term capacity and resource planning
• Aggregates and prioritizes demand requirements
• Analyzes purchase material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools
• Creates/reduces supply requirements based on inventory adjustments
• Participates in long-term capacity and resource planning to ensure proper scheduling
• Plans inventory levels based on dependent and independent Bill-of-Materials (BOM) requirements
• Ensure vertical and horizontal integration of Global Supply Chain Schedules through strategic planning and execution
• Provide early visibility into purchase requisition requirements release constraints and material excess review
• Integrate metrics requirements for the Demand Planning Team
• Communicate program schedule deviations and ensure all impacts are coordinated with internal/external customers prior to implementation and execution
• Work on a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs
